Manage subscription through API

We are looking at the possibility of automating our work with 7pace.

We would like to have the opportunity to increase the number of Users through API and validate if there are available license through API.

Work Case: 
1. Recieing ticket with a request for a new user.

2. Validate if there are available licenses.

3.1 If there are licenses. assign user

3.2 If no license, automatically increase and assign user.
