Hello Team,
It would be great if you could create a role that grants IT admins access to 7pace tracker for Azure DevOps settings without a license.
Whenever I have a request for something that doesn't work I have to temporarily assign myself somebody's license to check the settings which is annoying. I'm not using the product but I manage it on the IT side and I shouldn't have to purchase a license only for that.

Thank you for bringing up your feature request. I understand the frustration you're experiencing with the current process of having to temporarily assign yourself someone else's license to adjust the settings.
Implementing this approach would significantly impact our licensing structure and would require careful consideration. Also, it doesn't seem like a popular request among our users at the moment, so we'll need to assess its priority. At this time, there are no immediate plans to introduce such functionality. We'll label this thread as 'Gathering Feedback' to capture other users' interest.
