Azure devops Timetracker is taking longer than expected to load from PT adress

Hello, since 2 weeks 7Pace is extremely slow or unresponsive (often times out) when using it from Portugal (IP adress in Lisbon). When using it via VPN for example with a connection via Amsterdam it works fine.
