We have recently purchased a number of your Timetracker licenses for our VSTS. We are finding a number of users keep having problems when trying to stop tracking. They get a yellow bar with a warning symbol saying 'A connection issue occurred. Please try refreshing the page. If problem persists contact 7Pace Support'
Well the problem is persisting, we are paying a monthly amount for an unusable product. Please can some one help.
