Hello,
This is urgent for us. We purchased a number of timetracker licenses through VSTS extensions. These were added to our users. This was done approx. 2 weeks ago.
All users are reporting an error message today informing them that when they click on the Time tab in VSTS. It informs them that they need a valid Timetracker license.
Please can some one look into this. Where have they gone?
I have the emails to say we purchased 10 then 25 licenses on the 12/01/2018
