    Please let us know what version are you currently using. If it's earlier than 4.4.0, could please upgrade to the latest one? https://www.7pace.com/download

    I'm not sure how to find a version, as I cannot even access "Configuration" tab in TFS.
    But I think It was version 4.2.1
    I'll try to upgrade, but the link you provided returns 404 error

    Hi Pavel, sorry for broken link, there was a space inside for some reason, this should work: https://www.7pace.com/download

    We had an issue in your version that on some machines key storage for cryptographic operations becomes unusable leading to error you see. It is fixed in the next versions, so please update and it must be working after update.
