Ability to to Edit Activity Type (AT) on Times Explorer Page without Others Being Able To & Archive Not Delete AT

1. We utilize the Activity Type feature for finance reporting because it will be locked once submitted, however, I (Admin) am the person who sets Activity Type, because my users may not know what to put or might miss inputting something. So in order for me to be able to edit this, I have to check the “All users can change "Activity Type" for everyone in Times Explorer” feature which allows anyone to alter what I have selected before approving the time and locking the week down. I am looking for a way to still be able to edit the AT without other users being able too.

2. We have a handful of Activity Types that we no longer use, however, we do not want to delete (trashcan) them because we don’t want to lose that value when we did assign those AT at one point. We are looking for a way to not delete nor edit, but to archive them so they no longer appear in a drop down list:

I think you attached pictures, but they did not went through. But even pictures idea is clear: allow you archive Activity Types.

It was not on our radar right now, so I cannot tell when we get back to this feature request.

Activity Types are sorted alphabetically, so maybe renaming outdated types with "z_" prefix can help a little?
