    Hi,

    We need some details to help you.

    Could you please provide a list of files and directories you've got by this path C:\Users\Julia\AppData\Local\Timetracker\packages

    You could also try this steps:

    - Reset your PC

    - Make sure Timetracker Windows client was not run

    - Try to run installer one more time
