Would like the "Comment" field to not be disabled while tracking time

It would be nice if the Comment field was not disabled while tracking time. It would allow for comments to be added while tracking.

  Yes! We like to write down a detailed summary of what we do. As of now I have to put it down in notepad or similar and remember to update the time record after I'm done.

  Let's continue discussing it there, as we are sorting requests based on user votes, it will be more helpful if we will keep focus inside one thread.
  Could you please also describe your use case and rules in the joint thread? how this should work? should it split tracks on the comment/activity change and keep first track with an old comment, a new track with a new comment, or should it keep the track as is and just replace comment?
