We have increasingly strict rules for public internet traffic and our firewall is now blocking traffic we believe is from 7Pace Time Tracker (VSTS). We believe this is why no Time Tracker pages load currently.
Do you have a published list of regions the client may connect to in Azure? Do you have a US based region?

Our servers are located in Netherlands, Europe, all at Microsoft Azure computer centers. We do not run any other geo location at the moment.
