Windows Client Feature Request - Add Time

Please add the ability to 'Add time' to the windows client.  It's great being able to use it like a stopwatch but I don't always remember to start/stop the timer when I should and I'd really appreciate the ability to add time from the windows (and mobile) client.  This would save me the trouble of going back into VSTS to find the Work Item when I already have the search ability right on my desktop.

  This would be a valuable feature for people that need to record time that are not developers.

  I've just made the same request as some of my team are regularly pulled into non-project distractions that we need to account for and monitor.  This would be a massive benefit
