Add Ctrl + S shortcut to Add/Edit Time record on Monthly page and TFS Work Item Time tab

On the Monthly page or the Time tab in a TFS Work Item, when you're adding or editing a time record the CTRL + S shortcut is not supported to save the record like it is on the Timesheet page.  Some of our team uses the Monthly page over the Timesheet page and would like to see the Save keyboard shortcut implemented on the Monthly page as well.

We often add time using the Time tab in a TFS Work Item and would like to be able to use the CTRL+S shortcut if it is technically possible to implement.

  As we are working on the new Adding time window: we will put this feature request into the backlog for that updated version and we will revise keyboard navigation for it implementing shortcuts.
