Maintain "Stop tracking when PC is locked" setting after update

Every time Timetracker updates, the "Stop tracking when PC is locked setting" resets to Off.
With the frequency of updates this becomes quite annoying

  Hi Jonathan,

  This is definitely wrong behavior on your system, this settings must keeps their values on application updates. 

  I logged this into our backlog, we will investigate this issue and will let you know about results.
