Budget dropdown list does not adapt to length of budget name

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set up a budget with name longer than 24 characters
2. Go to Times Explorer
3. Assign time entry to the created budget

Defect: When the budget dropdown list opens the list does not show more than 24 characters of the budget name. This is causing issues finding the correct budget.

Suggestion to fix: List should be automatically adapting to budget name length or horizontal scrollbar should be there.

  Thank you for your feedback!

  We've created a Feature request in our backlog to sort this out.

  Some insights: current idea is to show hints with full name on mouse hover, so you will be able to understand what budget is it.
