I've an improvement idea - it'd be great if I'd be able to mark some Work Items as "favourite" or "pinned" and those items will always be part of the Timesheet grid (with some symbol or color so I can find them easily) even if there is no time recorded yet on those Work Items.

thank you for your message. Interestingly we had a similar request on the community, however it evolved into a different idea i.e. to provide the ability to 'copy' work items from one week to the other on the Timesheet page, so you don't have to look for them every time and add them manually one by one. This, we did implement - see here.
Pinned items are not out of the picture and we might well get back to it in the future, however I don't have a specific plan/timeline that I can share with you at this stage.

Pinned items would be very helpful for the development team in my organization. There are some developers logging time on several work items every day. Last worked items is not providing a list of items that is long enough to allow them to quickly select the most relevant items at each point in time. We would need some 20-30 pinned items at any point in time. Would like to hear if this is in the pipeline anytime soon. Thank you.
