android losing authentication every day

I am evaluating android beta with VSTS and finding it not worthwhile, because I still need regular access to the website to re-authenticate it almost every day. I get Connection error: OAuth Error Details: invalid_grant after day+ of inactivity. Have to log out and connect again with PIN. Its a problem when I am on the go, unless remember to re-authentication before I leave using desktop where website access is easier.

Is this normal behavior?

We could confirm that we have a floating bug with "invalid_grant", we are working hard to investigate the core reason for it and to fix it as soon as possible.

We are very sorry for this inconvenience.

Hi!

Would like to give you an update: we've released a new preview version in Google Play (released) and App Store (is under review). This release also contains fixes for authorization issues. Could you please check if everything works for you now?

Got new update, which did not ask for re-authentication. Being an intermittent problem, I will give it until end of week to see if comes back.

Happened what feel like same time as last week: Tuesday morning.

I also transitioned from WiFi to 4G mobile carrier.

That's two variables at once so not sure which one caused it, something special about Tuesdays, or moving between networks. Will try to isolate.

Hi;

I do not know if this issue is resurfacing.

I have also from time to time OAuth, Invalid Grant error.

If I press retry it doesn't work.

I need to logout and then do all steps again from inputting our VSTS link and pin pairing.

I'm working with OnePlus 6T with Android version 9 on it.
