    Do you use cloud version of Timetracker application or on-premises?

    What version of Timetracker application do you use?

    What version of OS do you use to run desktop client?

    What Locale settings do you use?

    Using on-premises version of Timetracker,  I use version 4.15.0.21924 client on a Windows 7 Enterprise  SP1 with locale setting SV

    Do you try to run desktop client for the first time on this machine or it been working correctly before?
    Does the issue repeat all the time or this was the single appearence?
    Could you try to reboot your machine and check if this could help?
