Loading issue - module does not work

Hello support

 

We have an issue with the module, it does not "load" on our TFS in some cases, we get error of load problems.

It is sometimes works, sometimes does not. 

Works on TFS on our local servers

 

Can you help?

  Hello Matan!
  
  TFS shows this notification when extension loads protractedly.
  Please check if your network works fine with no delay. Use tracert command to check delays that occur at each stop.
  You could also check if there are enough resources (like CPU and memory) on the server where Timetracker application was installed.
