Feature Request for ability to be able to count all Timetracker licensed users
ImplementedWould like the ability to have functionality within Timetracker to more easily get a current list of users with licenses.

I support the need for this request. I work in an org with 1,000's of users and only 25 folks should have access. I have setup the default for Time Tracker in Azure to NONE for access, but I continue to see people that should not have access posting time. So, a report of some sort would help me control the access and ensure we are complying with our licenses.

It is already implemented as part of following process: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/organizations/billing/billing-faq?view=azure-devops#q-how-are-paid-extensions-changing-in-the-azure-devops-marketplace-in-july-2019
Only users with assigned licensed will be able to see Timetracker in Azure DevOps (with only exception that in Trial all users by default have access to Timetracker)
