Users Missing from the User Management List

    Hello, Kimberly!

    Basically, this list of users enumerating from the TFS API request as 7pace Timetracker application could work only with TFS accounts. This list usually close to the list of users you could get using the "Find users, Contacts and Groups" Tool.
    Is that user you would like to add belongs to the same domain? You could check it with the "Find users, Contacts, and Groups" Tool help. To do so please ensure you have a connection to your domain controller machine and then run this command "Rundll32 dsquery.dll OpenQueryWindow".

    Unfortunately, your suggestion is not working. Can you provide me with more specifics? Or set up a time for me to show you the issue I am having with the User Management screen.

    Small update for this issue:
    The reason was in domain name and custom user name which turned up to be empty for the affected by the issue account . Issue was solved by applying the actual user name on the My Profile page.
