The developers, really like the client. However, another request that they made was for it to be able to filter what shows up in the drop-down list. Originally we thought as a team that it showed tickets based off the User. However, after testing it. We discovered that the drop-down list is comprised of tickets that they last responded to. This is difficult for the developers as they could be commenting on tickets that they are not actively coding/working on. So this could make the drop-down larger than they would like. If it is possible to introduce some level of filtering by User, State or even iteration. That would be great.
