Completed Work not calculating from time entered in 7Pace Timetracker
Officially Answeredwe are using 7Pace Timetracker in TFS for tracking time. This also has allowed us to utilize the Completed Work and Remaining Work fields in the TFS tasks to generate burn down charts.
We have multiple projects set up in TFS, and the Completed work field is calculated in one project automatically when developers enter their time either using the Start and Stop Tracking, or by manually entering time.
Another project does not have the same results. The completed work is not calculated when the develpoers enter their time.
Is there a setting we are missing in the project that is not calculating time?

Hello Sheila,
Work Item Automation settings in 7pace Timetracker could be applied to the projects separately. Make sure that you have same settings for both projects here Settings->General->Work Item Automation. Keep in mind that you could apply new settings for all projects with single click by using "Apply & Copy to Other Projects" button.
