As a user, when i put a task in progress and assign it to me, it would be great if it would be suggested in the desktop application in the task selection.

  That would indeed be very useful !!! Please do this !! It would save me from entering the tasks number !

  It actually supposed to work this way.

  Could you please tell what work item types you use and how you progress state called there?
