    What does happen if you open Monthly page (or any other 7pace Timetracker page)?

    Do you see any error messages in browser developer console when you open Monthly page?

    I think that the service is not running yet

     

    I get this messagen from the browser :

    TimetrackerOnPremises by 7pace failed to load.Learn More about this extension, including available support options.

    We solved the problem

    I looks like you installer raise a vius alert in F-Secure : 

    https://www.f-secure.com/v-descs/trojan-downloader_w32_kavala.shtml

    I assume it is a false positive
