We start a migration from 4.15 to 4.27 on TFS 2017.2 on prem
Install is fine but Timetracjer Configuration wizard never ends. It keeps running for many hours with no activities (cpu or SQL request).
We are stuck on our production environnent :(
How can we move on ?
Can we downgrade TimeTrack and how ?

What does happen if you open Monthly page (or any other 7pace Timetracker page)?
Do you see any error messages in browser developer console when you open Monthly page?

I get this messagen from the browser :

We solved the problem
I looks like you installer raise a vius alert in F-Secure :

I assume it is a false positive
