We have a valid subscription for 100 users. When I try to assign to a user, the extension does not even appear. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Please advise.

Hi!
Do I understand you correctly that you are on the Organization Settings -> 7pace Timetracker -> User Management page and you are trying to set a role for a user, but Time extension doesn't appear for this user?
If so, could you please try to set "No license" role for this user and then try to set Role that you need again?
