Changing "activity check interval" does not work

    Hi!

    As this setting is per user, could you please confirm that this setting is set for your user?

    Also, we've just performed a release, so could you please check if your issue is still here?

    Good morning Andarth.

     

    You are correct. I mistakenly thought this parameter was project wide, but it's actually per user.

    In hindsight, "time tracking PERSONAL settings" does make sense.

    I have performed the change on each user now. No issue here.
