Hi,
Import process of process template locked after import.
VS1300701: Process cannot be updated because it is currently locked for editing.
I have uninstalled 7space extension and removed all these links from workitem definitions
<Extensions> <Extension Id="7pace.Timetracker" /> </Extensions> <GroupContribution Label="Work" Id="7pace.Timetracker.work-item-form-group" /> <PageContribution Label="Time" Id="7pace.Timetracker.work-item-form-page" />
Imported clean process template and the process wasn't locked.
Then installed extension and returned all these links and the process template is locked.
Obviously lock is coused by 7space extension after upload process.
Reported to Microsoft, they are helping to unlock "promote" job for process template.
Do you know how to unlock the process template after import without contacting Microsoft ?
What can cause locking of process template ?

We are talking about cloud, right?
Unfortunately we cannot help here, we do not have such a power to lock or unlock processes from editing. As you see we only have contributions in your XML and it is all managed by DevOps.
Can you put me in CC of your conversation with Microsoft, maybe I could help there or forward this issue to the right team members at Microsoft? My email is maxim at 7pace com

Microsoft uploaded the fix of this issue. Now it is working.
Don't know the reason of locking but happy it is working.
