TAB order wrong after typing in "from" field, jumps to last part of "to" time

When typing something in the From field, then pressing TAB to jump to the first part of the To, the cursor instead jumps to the last part, as seen in the picture below.

Tested in chrome.

  The new edit window looks good but this bug drives me crazy! ;)

  I'm using Firefox Quantum, the newest version.
