Option to exclude from calculation certain work items for the Time Tracking fields
Gathering FeedbackWould like to be able to exclude certain activity types from the original estimate, remaining work and completed work fields. An example would be when you have activity types such as Clarification Meeting, Planning Activities, Team Meeting and etc. and you would like to keep the estimate, remaining and completed work specifically only for development and testing purposes. In this case currently the time would be summed up and the time spent on meetings would throw off the estimation by a lot. If it's possible to separate those activity types then the time would still get logged, but it wouldn't count towards the estimation, remains and completions of the tasks.

Thank you for the suggestion. As you know we are using this method for the Annual and Sick leaves, but would like to have these types of meetings as Activity Types since the other meetings that are tied into the actual development work are also an activity type. Also, our main issue is with the original estimate, remaining work and completed work fields since the meetings are also deduced from the times and our way of following up it is based on estimations for development and testing, not also meetings. If every member on the meeting logs his time for the particular item and the meeting is an hour then this would deduce the time by the amount of people that were on the meeting. This could not be estimated as it is not within the actual development or testing. Does that make sense?
