Ability to set a Max single track length in half hour increments

I'd like to be able to set the "Max single track length" within the "Time Tracking System Settings" to half hour increments so you can set it to 7.5hrs allowing items to be tracked for max one 7.5hr working day.

  Thanks for your feedback! I've created an item for it (internal id 33270) and we will implement it in future releases.
