Reporting API v2.1 shows empty budget for entries without work item

Since the new release the reporting API returns blank budgets for time entries without a work item. It's only in the API - the Times Explorer shows budgets correctly maintained. This seems to be a bug introduced with the last version.

 

We rely heavily on a correct export. Please fix this asap.
