Budgets: Ability to mark billable / not billable from the time tracks section

If time tracks show in the time tracks section of the budget, i would like the ability to update those time tracks to billable or not billable directly in this view, so that i don't have to exit the budget and open times explorer and search for those time tracks and then set them to billable etc

  Thanks for your feedback, I've created an item in our backlog for it (internal id #33392), so it's likely to be implemented in the future.
