Can you explain why in OData the tracked value is different compared to the value obtain in Devops for same budget?

I think I found the bug. Please fllow this steps:

1) add activity to budget using Assign Option. Value is Ok.

2) add in budget work item that the activity in step one was associated. Value is not Ok.

  Thank you for your message and my apologies for the issues you are experiencing.
  We were able to reproduce it and it seems to be a bug.
  We will fix it (internal id 33662) in our future releases and post an update here when it will be released
