Expanding linked objects (ParentItem)

When i try to expand on The Parent Item from workitems i get an 404 error

I am testing using Postman

URL: https://sgcp.timehub.7pace.com/api/odata/v3.0/workItems(61682)/Parent

Return:

        "message": "No HTTP resource was found that matches the request URI 'https://sgcp.timehub.7pace.com/api/odata/v3.0/workItems(61682)/Parent'."

}

 

If i try only workitem it works fine.

 

I am tring get the workItem with your parent item

  Thanks for your feedback!
  It seems you've missed the thread and created your report in the Feature Request section.

  We've investigated your issue and could confirm that workItems(X)/Parent endpoint doesn't work.
  I've added a task in our backlog (33811) and we will fix it in our future releases.

  As a workaround you could use workItems?$expand=ParentItem to achieve what you need, but as it loads all workitems - it will work slowlier, so please use filters with this request (filter WorkItems by System_Id). And after release of the fix, you could switch back to workItems(X)/Parent endpoint
