Hi, I'm getting an (500) Internal Server Error when querying the ODATA Reporting API V3 workItemsHierarchyAllLevels using the PowerBI.

The WorkLogsWorkItems and workItemsHierarchy queries do work.

  Hello everyone!

  We glad to notify you, that Odata's workItemsHierarchyAllLevels endpoint is finally turned on.
  We had to change this endpoint a bit and establish new requirements for it.
  This endpoint is available only in version v3.1-beta and later and workItemsFilter parameter is now required - e.g. "workItemsHierarchyAllLevels?workItemsFilter=System_WorkItemType eq 'Epic'".

  Other sub-endpoints, like (System_id)/DirectWorklogs, (System_id)/AllWorklogs, (System_id) - were not changed and you can use them as before.
