Request for ability to differentiate billable/non-billable between projects

Currently, you can do billable/non billable in settings, but when you do that, it counts for all projects across. It would be very valuable to differentiate/customize between projects.

  This is something that would require a change at the settings level and therefore will require a little investigation at our end.

  If it's not too much hassle, may I ask you to describe your use case in a bit more detail to see if we can maybe suggest a work-around?
