Everything appears to be running very slowly today.  For example, clicking "Stop Tracking" in the Windows app takes about 20 seconds to complete.  Similar performance issues with starting/stopping in the web.

  Azure DevOps is reporting performance degradation in the US region.  I'm guessing this might be the cause...?
