    Greetings,

    You're getting this error in windows client, am I correct?

    Could you please try to fully remove the existing client from your PC using these steps:

    1. Open "Add or remove programs" using start menu and uninstall "7pace Timetracker" app from there.
    2. Open this path in File Explorer: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Timetracker and delete all files.
    3. Delete all files from here as well: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\TimetrackerOnlineClient

    (%USERPROFILE% is an alias for your user folder in C -> Users -> Your user name)

    Then try to download and pair your windows client from scratch.
