Require input of 7pace Timetracker as part of work item state transition

I'd like to be able to require input of 7pace time tracking as part of a workitem state transition (i.e.transitioning from Committed/In Progress -> In Review -> Completed/Closed.

Ideally, the Condition should be able to note that 7pace has not received any time tracking (ideally creating the field as part of the plugin itself) data, then prompt the user that it is required.  Here are the options - why doesn’t 7pace time have a field that we can query with any of the built-in functions anywhere in ADO?
