Ability to create Budgets and link WorkItems to them via API

With the REST API we are not able to access the Budgeting data in order to perform CRUD operations – it appears as though this data is only accessible via the Reporting API, which does not have POST/PUT/PATCH capabilities. Having the ability to create Budgets and link WorkItems to them would make this feature quite useful.

  And to expand on that, it would be really great to have FULL CRUD operations for all entities exposed by Timetracker (including Budgets, Activity Types etc.).

  The current state (read-only access for most entities, full CRUD operations restricted to worklogs) limit severely the integration of Timetracker with internal tooling that most companies probably have (e.g. CRM, billing etc.).

  this is noted, but to be completely honest, it is currently not in our roadmap.
