Hello everyone!

We are experiencing an unusually high load on our database servers at the moment. This may result in temporary outages and intermittent performance issues with our application. We are currently investigating this issue and working to have it resolved ASAP. We apologize for any inconvenience

  Hello everyone!

  Would like to post an update:
  The situation is back to normal now however we are still actively monitoring the volume of requests to our servers while we finalize our analysis of that incident.

  Status update: the root cause of the performance issues that were detected last week has been identified and mitigation is in place. This incident is resolved.
