Disabeling Time Tracker for certain elements

Hello,

I'm aware the I can hide the TimeTracjer extension from the work elements but by that I'm giong to lose the time recap. So I want to ask if I can disable the "Add Time" Feature for certain work elements. For excemple I want to disable the "add Time" button (check the cercle in the screenshot)  for the Epic, Feature, Senario but I still want to visulize the recap of time.
