    Hello Igor,

     

    Thank you for reaching out to us with this. As explained on the call we had today, the reason you were unable to select any dates in November or December as the start date is because the 31st of October was selected as the end date. So in order to be able to select a start date past that date, you need to select an end date further in the future of what your start date will be.
