Hi,
since yesterday, I can't retrieve data on a long period (42 days).
Here is my URL :
https://cegid.timehub.7pace.com/api/odata/v3.1-beta/workLogsWorkItems?$filter=Timestamp%20ge%202020-12-30T00:00:00Z%20and%20Timestamp%20lt%202021-02-12T23:59:59Z&$expand=ParentItem&customFields=Custom.Nature&$orderby=timestamp%2Cid
{
"statusCode": 500,
"errorCode": "TimeoutExpired",
"errorDescription": "This query is taking too long to execute. Please follow these recommendations to make it run faster: https://www.7pace.com/redir/proper-odata-usage"
}
I tried to set on 2 days : same result.
Only on 1 day works :
Timestamp%20ge%202021-02-11T00:00:00Z%20and%20Timestamp%20lt%202021-02-12T23:59:59Z
{
"@odata.context": "https://cegid.timehub.7pace.com/api/odata/v3.1-beta/$metadata#workLogsWorkItems(ParentItem())",
"value": [
{
"Id": "9ff7d310-bc2e-4e18-bb20-00110b0d9cec",
"UserId": "3830ff71-6d90-4942-9220-7b7c2e2c1666",
"AddedByUserId": "3830ff71-6d90-4942-9220-7b7c2e2c1666",
"BudgetId": null,
"ActivityTypeId": "c30c3a6d-aacd-46b2-833d-acd3d33d830d",
"WorkItemId": 517777,
"Timestamp": "2021-02-11T00:00:00Z",
It's a problem for us because we need to recover data over 6 rolling weeks.
Is it consequence a mass update ? Is it related to the beta version ?
Do you have an updateddate that would hollow me to work on 1 day ?
Regards,
Olivier

Hi Olivier,
This is currently not possible, however it would be a good improvement, so I would like to invite you to please log a feature request HERE.
Our development team monitors these requests and prioritizes them in our backlog for potential future inclusion in Timetracker.
Please let me know if we can help you any further.
Kind regards,
Vanja
