    Hi Walter,

    Could you please provide us with a screenshot of what you see on your Monthly page?
    When did this issue start happening? Are you the only user affected or are there more users affected in your organization?

    Hello Vanja,

    This is what I see when I access the Monthly Page:

    The spinner keeps turning, even if I wait for a long time.

    I asked another colleague and they receive a calendar view.

    FYI: this problem only occurs in Firefox. In Chrome everything is working.

    Hello Walter,

    Thank you for the additional information.
    Could you please try clearing your Firefox browser cache and cookies, as well as the browser local storage.
    In order to do so, please follow the steps outlined below:
    1. Open any 7pace Timetracker page.
    2. Open the browser Development Tools by pressing the F12 key.
    3. Select "Storage" on the dev tools menu.
    4. Select "Local Storage" on the left menu.
    5. Right-click on your Timetracker URL and click "Delete All".
    6. Select "Cookies" on the left menu.
    7. Right-click the Timetracker URL and click "Delete All".

    Hi Walter,

    Could you also please try running Firefox without any extensions (in Troubleshoot mode) and navigating to the Timetracker Monthly page?

    I cleared all cookies, history, cached data, ... and restarted everything: the page is opening as expected now.
