Monthly view: currently no accessibility. Desired: arrow key-based navigation, enter to select, with up/down to select the time entries for a given day; moving “up” out of the list of entries would return to the calendar tiles above, down to the tiles below. (Enter to expand should then focus the entries for navigation, if any are present.)
-
Timesheet view: is actually keyboard navigable for basic data entry; arrow keys navigate, enter makes the cell editable. No capability to expand the cell by activating the overlaid double-box icon within the cell. Tabbed navigation does not jump to it from an actively selected cell, it moves to the next cell a la pressing right, wrapping to the next row when reaching the end. It takes 8 ⇧⇥ presses with no visible indication of focus before the focus jumps to the “here” link in the “Cookies need to be enabled” banner.
The Add Time action and the filters (current project, show items from…) are not keyboard-navigable at all.
-
Timesheet “add time” modal: semi-navigable with keyboard interaction, however, similar problem to the timesheet view overall, the table captures focus and does not let go. No way to navigate to the save or cancel actions. (Escape confirmed to activate cancel, enter only interacts with active cell. This modal has no way to be closed while persisting changes, without a mouse.
- Times Explorer: continuing interactive table/sheet greediness. 😉 I didn’t even think to test if “Save” was reachable on this view before. A lot of invisible targets for tab-based navigation. In examining it, the Save button is wholly inaccessible: focus jumps from the “collapse” chevron for the side panel straight to “Change Dates".
