Approval Feature Request: Approval Details and Reject/Approve ability within email
Gathering FeedbackI was training one of our new senior leaders on 7pace and he had a great suggestion!
He suggested when we get the automated email after someone submits their time to do the following:
1. Have the details right in the email. This would allow the approving manager to not have to go into ADO/7pace to approve.
2. Allow the manager to approve from the email.
3. Allow the manager to reject from the email.

Thank-you very much for reaching out.
Regarding point 3, we feel that this feature would not sit well with the idea of Timetracker being a tool for teams to learn and become better at what they do. Some time ago another customer on the community summarised this concept in a very nice way which describes exactly our concerns with this request.
That being said, we are curious to learn what others think about points 1 and 2, so I am updating the status of this thread to Gathering Feedback now.
