Need Webhook to trigger the event whenever user log hours

We need Webhook to be created whenever a user logs hours in 7Pace to trigger the event, which will replace our current mechanism to fetch the data daily for a whole month and remove duplicates before saving into a data warehouse for reporting purposes.
