Feature Request for improved way to limit access to 7pace Timetracker during a trial

During a 7pace Timetracker trial, I’d like for there to be a way to control licenses and who sees the Timetracker extension. Right now, anyone can access the time tracker in the sidebar menu and "Accept" the terms and start using it. I can only remove them after they have been added. Since we have 200 people who can access Azure DevOps, I don't want just anyone using it. I wouldn't be able to go into permissions every day to remove people. Nor would I be able to easily see who might have been added. For medium-large size companies evaluating tools, it can cause communication issues for management and anxiety in staff (especially software engineers) if there are no controls around who can access the tool during evaluation.
