Reporting page hangs showing "The reporting page is being refreshed. "

On my account, the reporting page hangs infinitely, showing "The reporting page is being refreshed. This process may take some time to complete.".

Therefore, I cannot see the reports.

    Hi Robert!

    We will need more details to help you.
    The message that you are seeing means that your Reporting module is currently been prepared, and this might take some time (the bigger backlog you have, the more time it will require to precalculate all the data, like workitems hierarchy, budgets, time sums, etc)

    You could check the current Reporting state on the Timetracker Settings page -> Reporting and REST API. If Reporting will have some troubles processing your data - you will see details massage there. If Reporting is prepared and running - you will see a "Healthy" state.
